You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

5. AI-Generated Outputs

SnapRegister uses artificial intelligence to extract product information from images. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed to be error-free.

You should verify important information before relying on it for legal, financial, or warranty purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding) are owned by SnapRegister, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPREGISTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
